We love to see the smiles on our clients' faces when we complete the

make-over of their place. This charming couple of 3 young kids bought

a resale apartment and engaged us to design and to build our designs

after talking to me for only 2 times.

We were invited over for their Open-house party a few months after we handed the

house over to them. They had waited to move in during their kids' school holidays.

And we were highly recommended to their friends and colleagues.

Clearly we had done something right :)

Raffles Institution Art Space

We are being commissoned by RI to design the Entrance Foyer as
well as the Main gallery area of the Art Space, which is a building in the
school campus housing all things related to Art (like studios for Fine Arts,
Music, Pottery, Design etc.)


We need to make the Entrance Foyer very visible and visually stimulating
so that one can tell instantly that it is building for the Arts.
We thus decided to create 2 new entrance portals, which are both Sculptures
as well as giant Frames at the same time.



The larger frame is a portal for a flight of steps painted epoxy
red and leading up to gyms and other activities rooms on the 2nd floor.

The smaller frame is a portal for entry into the Main Art Gallery on the 1st floor.
Hordes of paintings (students' works) are displayed and celebrated in a random fashion all over double volume height walls.

We want to give prominence back to this Art haven.

This is those who wants to make a bold statement. Perfect for Luxurious Hotels and Resorts

These fabulous interiors are by Kelly Wearstler, one of our

favourite Interior Designer. The unique combination of colours

or hues in her works is simply amazing. We adore this look.

And are looking for Clients who share the same liking to work with us.

Penthouse Posh Living @ Tanah Merah Condo

The Client's brief is straightforward enough.
"Design the most luxurious but clean looking interior space for my penthouse."

She loves the colour black. So although the floor area is small, we did not
hesistate to give her a palatte of colours and materials based on what we felt
will most definitely exlude luxury.

2m high Bronze tinted glass reflecting a whopping 6m
high Velvet black/grey/white floral wallpaper covered featurewall and
imported hanging light with Swarovski crystals. Not to mention Motorised
day curtains and Black tinted glass covering all the other internal walls.

High Quality Black laminated customised TV Wall and Dining Zone
complements Black tinted glass and mirror for the much sought after
Polished Cosmopolitan look. Red is used as an accent colour here for
highlight. The 'coffee tables' can also be 'packed' neatly into the
Dining Wall feature.

The design approach is to make to create a Cosy hotel-like ambience in the

entire condo in CityLight. Lush Materials like Polished mirror,

High quality laminated cabinetry and Luxurious fabrics and wallpaper are

used to create the perfect look.
